Terms Of Service

Version 1 — effective 31 August 2026

1. What this service is

Generals sells listings on a map. Paying for a territory places your chosen display name, national flag and destination link on that territory until someone outbids you. A listing is advertising space presented as a war game. It is not an investment, a security, a claim to any real-world territory, or a promise of traffic.

2. Bids and payment

A bid becomes final when payment completes. The price you pay is the price shown at confirmation. Holding a territory is permanent only until a higher bid takes it; being outbid is the core mechanic of the game and does not entitle you to a refund. If a payment completes but the capture cannot be applied because a higher bid settled first, the payment is refunded.

3. Your listing

You must have the right to use the name and link you submit. Link shorteners, chat or invite links, and adult content are refused. We may remove a listing that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes someone's rights, without refund. The destination of your link is yours, not ours; we are not responsible for what visitors find there.

4. The service

Provided as-is, without warranty. We may change prices, premiums, rules or availability at any time. Our total liability for anything arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

5. Changes and contact

We may update these terms; the version and date above will change when we do. Continued use after a change is acceptance. Questions go to the address published on the site.
